A visit from Mayor Nat Abboud
We were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Merri-bek, Cr. Nat Abboud to our Thursday meeting, where she shared her personal journey to becoming Mayor and what inspired her to get involved in local government.
We heard about Nat’s experiences along the way and how much she loves working at the local council level and being able to make a difference in the community she serves. We also enjoyed hearing about ‘a day in the life of a Mayor’ and some upcoming projects like the planned new library and piazza area in Coburg.
Thank you Mayor Nat for visiting our club!
