Special project: SmileHigh dental project

The Smilehigh dental project operates in the Khumbu Valley. Nepal. The program was started by New Zealander, Julian Hazard, a young dentist who scaled Mount Everest. Julian saw the need for a dental health education program in Nepal. The program trains dental therapists who work in the local area to educate children and their families about dental hygiene.
