Our Club’s Project Brainstorming Success

At Pascoe Vale Rotary, we’re always looking for new ways to serve our community and last week’s brainstorming session proved just how much creativity and heart our members bring to the table.

We gathered with one purpose: to dream up new projects that reflect our club’s values, respond to community needs, and energise our members. And what a session it was! The room was buzzing with enthusiasm, collaboration, pastries and a real sense of purpose.

As Pascoe Vale Rotarians, we’re proud of our past efforts, but we’re also excited about what’s next. This session gave everyone a chance to share new project ideas, identify community gaps we can help fill, ensure our club’s efforts remain impactful and inclusive, get more members involved in ways that match their skills and passions.

We broke into small groups, shared ideas, and then came together to highlight our best suggestions. The wall was covered with great ideas on post-it notes!

This session reminded us that innovation and service go hand-in-hand. When we take the time to listen, imagine, and collaborate, we uncover not only great ideas, but renewed energy and connection within our club.

A big thank-you to everyone who participated. Special thanks to Mandy for organising the session, and to our facilitators Nick and Laurie. Thanks also to the Northern Golf Club for hosting us.
