Our club meetings

We’re quite relaxed and informal at Pascoe Vale Rotary. We begin our meetings with an Acknowledgment of Country, followed by a toast. The President or Chair gets on the mic and any guests and visitors are welcomed with thunderous applause.

Club business follows, usually with updates and reports. Meals are then served, and then a guest speaker presents if on the agenda. We close the meeting with more applause, as Pascoe Vale Rotarians seem to enjoy clapping a lot.

While we love seeing our members regularly, we do understand that their time may be limited due to work, family and personal commitments. We gather weekly during the year, but weekly attendance is not compulsory.

You’re very welcome to attend our meetings and activities to see if our club suits your needs before becoming a member. We’re also happy to chat with you on the phone if you prefer. Please get in touch if you’d like to come along.

We look forward to welcoming you!

Our meetings are held on Thursdays at the Pascoe Vale RSL. We start at 6:30pm sharp!

We’re a dinner club, but there’s no expectation for you to order a meal– some of our members don’t. If you order a meal from the bistro, please arrive around 6:15pm as there is usually a queue when ordering.

We often get there earlier for a drink and a chat, before moving into our hall.
