A Peace Pole for Pascoe Vale North Primary School

Pascoe Vale North Primary School proudly accepted the invitation to take part in the Rotary 50 for 50 Peace Pole Project, a global initiative encouraging school communities to champion peace in our homes, schools, neighbourhoods, and the wider world.

Through this project, Pascoe Vale Rotary offers schools and community partners a meaningful way to give peace a collective voice by sharing the message “May Peace Prevail on Earth.”

The Nelson Alexander Foundation generously sponsored the Peace Pole for Pascoe Vale North Primary, with local real estate agent Joe Russo attending on their behalf to show support for peace education across the school and the community.

The event was also supported by local MP Anthony Cianflone and Merri-bek Councillor Katerine Theodosis, who both spoke to their commitment to inclusion, harmony, respect, and unity within schools and the broader community.

Pascoe Vale Rotary remains dedicated to fostering dialogue and strengthening community connections through the Peace Pole Project.

May Peace Prevail at Pascoe Vale North Primary, and around the world.
